Day Eighty-Two

day82

Really??- I never feel like my purse is EVER big enough!! I think the real problem is every time I get a bigger purse I fill it with more crap!! I think everything in my purse has a legit purpose. As you can see it all has to do with Bronson except my phone, my wallet and my camera which is usually on top of all of this! And YES, I do have to take my camera everywhere with me!! P.S. I got a new lens for my camera that I am super stoked about!!

Day Eighty-One

day81

Baby is comin, yummy treats… time to celebrate!- What is better than all of that put together?? I went to a fun baby shower for a friend in my ward. I love to see the glow of a 1st time expecting mother. She was so cute and so excited for all of her new baby goodies!! Can’t wait to meet her sweet little one in January!! Needless to say, I hope my next one is a girl… her stuff was way too cute!!

Day Eighty

day80

Happy Halloween Everyone- To be honest I really am not a fan of Halloween but I figure now that I have a child I should try and put in a little effort! I even bought a costume for our friends Halloween party! That is a huge step for me. I don’t think I have dressed up since I was 16 years old!! So needless to say, this Halloween can be checked off as a success!!

Day Seventy-Nine

day79

Fall Indoors- (but not out) Most All of my Fall decorations are in our storage unit so I found a few little pretties to adorn my counter and hutch. I don’t have a lot of room to decorate in these small quarters. So this will have to do for our efforts to be festive this Thanksgiving season!! I do love how they look though!!

Day Seventy-Eight

day78

Baking at Midnight- I usually don’t last much past 10:30 at night but lately I have been getting most of my scrapbooking/blogging done after Bronson goes to bed and somehow manage to sit at the computer until it’s well past 11:00! We decided we needed a treat and there wasn’t anything to just grab and eat so we made some muffins. This plus a glass of milk… P.E.R.F.E.C.T for a midnight snack!!

Day Seventy-Six

Birthday Creations- A sneak peak at one of Bronson’s b-day decorations!! I can’t believe my baby is almost one!!

Day Seventy-Five

day75

Papa’s Truck- After some yummy Sunday dinner with my parents, Bronson played in Papa’s truck before going home and going to bed!!

Day Seventy-Four

day74

Kit used- “Welcome Home” by Piccolina Designs

Pumpkin Patch- We went with my family to Schnepf Farms to take in the little festivities at the pumpkin patch! Of course I took the opportunity to dress Bronson up in his costume for a few minutes and snap some photos of him!!

Day Seventy-Three

day73

Bad Good thing about going to the grocery store- Someone has fun with all the empty bags!!

Day Seventy-Two

Day72

Botched Cookies- We had a Progressive dinner for Enrichment and I was asked to bring a dessert. I had a boxed cookie mix that I thought I would use. Some how they turned out horrible. All it asked was to add 1 tbs. margarine and 1 egg. Don’t ask me how anything could go wrong but they did. I blame the cookie mix!! Thank you Fry’s for saving me that night!!

Day Seventy-One

Man of the house- I guess Bronson felt he needed to take control of the laundry situation. He thought this might get me on the move and fold the laundry!

Day Seventy

No mom, like this...- These coasters might as well be stored in his toy cabinet! As I am picking them up from all over the house (and he is playing in his room) he hears me putting them away. He comes out, stands up and proceeds to pull them back down. Good thing this is one thing I don't mind him playing with!!

Day Sixty-Nine

Birthday Planning- Here is a sneak peak into Bronson's birthday decorations!! It will look nothing like it looks in the picture, I am so excited!! Now it's time to start creating!!

Day Sixty-Eight

Beethoven in the making- I think the Mozart music that he goes to sleep to is paying off!! He loved playing on Great Grandma Curtis' piano. She said she would leave him the piano in her Will. I will hold her to it!! This piano is in all of my childhood memories that involve my Grandma!

Day Sixty-Seven

Happy Birthday Mom- I woke up to my husband making cinnamon rolls (carmel ones, my fave) and my babe handing me a card with my favorite chocolate bar!! That night Nick and I were able to spend the entire night babyless!! We stayed at my uncles hotel, had a fantastic steak dinner and went to a movie. By morning I couldn't wait to get back to my baby! I think I have separation issues but he seemed to not miss us at all!!! I'm sure it will get easier every time but this was our first!! Happy 26 to me!!

Day Sixty-Six

Just me being me- Bronson has this new thing where he protests when it is time to eat! He throws his hands up and pushes his chest out. It is hilarious!

Day Sixty-Four

Keeping a Journal- When I went to college I seemed to be fairly good at keeping a journal and wow am I glad that I did! I was able to sit down and read through all of my old journal entries. I remembered so many fun things that happened while I was at school, crazy boys I dated as I made my way to my husband, who I am so grateful to have, watched my testimony of the gospel grow like crazy and remember how everything came about for Nick and I including all of the details of our wedding proposal. Not that I could ever forget how he popped the question but there is something about reading the words of a young girl preparing to get married. Reading through this gave me a gentle reminder of how amazing my husband really is and exactly why I feel in love with him!! I am so grateful for journals and the memories that they hold!
10-13-2010

Day Sixty-Three

Splish Splash- We went with Grandma to Tempe Towne Square to find out what this outdoor mall was all about. We had fun discovering new stores and cooling off at the Splash Pad!! Love these wet little legs!!
10-12-2010

Day Sixty-Two

Thrift Store Finds- We had Sunday dinner at my parents house and my mom had found some really awesome toys at Goodwill in Tucson while visiting my SIL. I was so impressed that I went store hopping on Monday. These are the treasures I found. We cleaned them up really well and sanitized like crazy and Bronson LOVES them!! Money spent: $10.45. Not too bad!!
10-11-2010

Day Sixty-One

I really want to play with you...- the grandkids LOVE this window at Nana & Papa's. Every time the babies are there you will always find little finger prints all over the window! Bronson LOVES doggies too. He follows them around everywhere and laughs so hard when they lick him!!

Day Sixty

Fun in the Sun- Today we all went to the park for a little while. Bronson was a little out of it because it was actually his nap time but I had to get out of the house!! The weather was so nice and it's always great to get fresh air!!
10-9-2010

Day Fifty-Nine

More Photoshop- YouTube is my new best friend!! I spent the night learning fun, new techniques in Photoshop for my scrapbook pages. I created the blue paper on this page as well as learned how to tear paper!! I learned a few other things too!!
10-8-2010

Day Fifty-Eight

even Mom does it...- Every time she sits down at the computer I have to follow her and pull on her leg until she will pick me up. Sometimes I need a distraction so she will turn on my favorite music videos!!

Side note: I'm not as grumpy as I look in this picture and here is a picture of my brown hair!!
